Christine Binnendyk developed the Ageless Pilates System after working with thousands of clients, from professional athletes to hip-replacement patients. Personally certified by Joseph Pilates’ protege, Romana Kryzanowska, Christine has been a student and teacher of Pilates methods since 1995. She currently lives and teaches in Portland, OR.
